Use one dropper full (1ml) per day by placing under the tongue or in water.

Tinctures are to be kept out of direct sunlight OR in a cupboard OR the fridge. Always make sure to tighten the lid after use.

Dual Extract Tinctures have a shelf life of roughly four years if stored correctly as described above.
