(Monday A.M.)

Boxing - Monday's 9.30am till 12pm

Boxercise is a fun way to keep fit whilst learning a variety of valuable skills. During these sessions your child will get the opportunity to work on the following boxing training techniques with our expert tutor:


  • Strength and conditioning using your own body weight and some light weights

  • Balance, increasing leg strength and pivoting

  • Movement and footwork

  • Ducking, slipping and avoiding punches

  • The full range of punches including Jab, Cross, Hook,  and Uppercut Body Blows

Boxercise also helps to promote a wide range of real life, transferable attributes that can benefit children in other areas of their life. These include:

  • Motivation

  • Discipline

  • Strength

  • Balance

  • Hand eye coordination

  • Confidence and self esteem

  • Focus and concentration

  • A calm and steady mind

This session is suitable for all skill levels, from ages 4 to 16 years old. It is for fun only and no physical contact between any of the attendees is allowed. 

What you need to know...

Our weekday sessions are drop off only, so perfect for working parents and for those who want to help your child gain some independence whilst still home educating. If this is an issue, please do get in contact as we can sometimes facilitate parents staying for the first session on a case by case basis.


This session runs from 9.30 am until 12 pm with a short break midway through. There is also the option of staying for lunch if you would like to spend the whole day with us. Please select this option upon booking and bring a packed lunch with you.


Please ensure that your child is dressed suitably for the session. We recommend loose, sports clothing that will not restrict movement and a pair of trainers. Please also ensure that you bring plenty of water for rehyrdration!


A waiver MUST be completed and signed before the child can attend their first session. This will be emailed to you shortly after booking, please contact us as soon as possible if you do not receive it.
