Session Description

​Boxercise is a fun way to keep fit and learn a variety of skills. During these sessions your child will get the opportunity to work on the following boxing training techniques: Strength and conditioning using your own body weight and some light weights Balance, increasing leg strength and pivoting Movement and footwork Ducking, slipping and avoiding punches The full range of punches including Jab, Cross, Hook,  and Uppercut Body Blows ​ Boxercise also helps to promote a wide range of real life, transferable attributes that can benefit them in other areas of their life, such as: ​ Motivation Discipline Strength Balance Hand eye coordination Confidence and self esteem Focus and concentration A calm and steady mind ​ This session is suitable for all skill levels, from ages 4 to 16 years old. It is for fun only and no physical contact between any of the attendees is allowed.  Please ensure that suitable sportswear is worn that allows for free movement during the session and that plenty of water is brought with you.
