Heat gently in a glass vessel to turn the honey into a pourable consistency. To preserve the natural enzymes within, do not heat above 40ºc.

Honey, Mushrooms and Celtic salt
WOWSERS!! I've ordered this delicious Honey and o'boy, it's out of it's world!! It's absolutely delicious!! I use it in my home made herbal teas and smoothies! YUMMY!! I also ordered the Mushroom Coffee blend. My body and mind feels amazing. My focus and mind is so much clearer. I feel very calm. My anxiety that is past trauma based is literally gone! Deep inner work is not for the faint of hearts, but o'boy do i love all about these magic drinks etc! I drink this in the morning or evening with my cacao hot chocolate.
