I have taken the birch polypore for 4 full weeks and have just received my 2nd bottle. I have struggled so badly with my mental health but knew I didn't want to go back to anti depressants and tried this to see if it would help ease it a little. I am actually blown away at the difference I feel! Others close to me have noticed and I feel like my old self again. Probably the most visibly noticeable difference I have experienced is my skin. One of the first things to suffer when my mood starts to dip or during stressful periods of life is that my skin flares up and breaks out which gets incredibly inflamed, angry & sore. Over the last couple of months since using this tincture my sin has been consistency clearer and happier, even in low and stressful periods that would usually cause a flare up.
