1ml of tincture should be taken daily (one dropper full). We recommend taking this in three intervals throughout the day for optimal results.

 

Tinctures are to be kept out of direct sunlight OR in a cupboard OR the fridge. Always make sure to tighten the lid after use.

 

Dual extract Tinctures have a shelf life of roughly four years if stored correctly as described above.
