Session Description
​Our art sessions are run with the intention of expanding the mind and consciousness, whilst providing inspiration and guidance where needed. Our experienced tutor will be promoting connection with mixed media and nature, allowing creative freedom to flow. We will be using a number of materials including: ​ Natural materials such as feathers, leaves, sticks and flowers Paints Pastels Charcoal Pens and pencils Crayons ​ During the sessions we will work together and individually to create nature based art installations, many of which will be inspired by the seasons and shamanic practices. A huge number of skills will be developed during these sessions including emotional intelligence, hand eye coordination, artistic ability and expression.
